It's OPI Koala Bear-y. My sole OPI polish. Application is a dream on this one. Then I applied a layer of flakies, the only one I have is Inglot 203. It's a green flakie, although it looks blue/ purple in some lights. I like the look this creates. I really couldn't capture it in the photos. I think it would show better if there was some sun out. But it's just nasty and overcast.
