Poptastic Collection Mani

As you might know, when it comes to new polishes, I tend to be a little indecisive about what I will wear first. So I fixed that by rolling three colours from my new set of the Color Club Poptastic collection that I received in my swap haul into one design.

I quite like it. It reminded me of something but I couldn't quite put my finger on it until one of my lovely friends pointed out that my nails looked like juggling balls. Lol.

So juggling ball nails it is. I used Warhol(Pink), Pucci-licious(Purple) and Twiggie(Green). Seeing the photos now, I realised I should have gone over the purple bits again, but couldn't really see that it wasn't completely opaque when I was painting them.

Surprisingly, this mani probs only took about 30mins from start to finish, which is much quicker then I thought it would be. I should point out that I am the person who does one hand completely, adds a quick dry topcoat and then does the other. I have learned the I cannot be trusted to do things with wet polish on my nails.

Ok, that's about it from me. Be awesome to each other.

  4. Hi Eva,

It is really bright. I'm not entirely sure I should have worn it to work, but no one has said anything...yet.

  6. Hi LWFT&T,

I quite like it too. I did it for the first time a little while back with the Orly Foil FX collection, but since they are all so blingy, the colour difference wasn't as in your face as this one is.

  11. Hiya Jess,

Nope, no tape. Its free hand. The lines are a little wonky but not too bad. I just keep layering over the other colours. If you can hold a polish brush straightish then you can do this mani easily.

  12. Morning Jonna,

I was happy with how it turned out. It took me a while to figure out which colours to use, but once I figured them out, the rest was easy.
