Today I am going to show you my Going Green Collection polishes by Nubar. I love a good green polish and you can pretty much be sure that you will find at least one that suits you in this collection.
This is an Eco themed collection, but to be honest, who cares about that? I mean, hooray for the environment and all that, but what I care about is green! An abundance of green!
I think my favourite polish might be Greener, but that's a pretty hard call. Greener beat out Emerald Sparkle as my fave green as soon as it was on my nail. There are lots of good greens in this collection. I don't think there are any duds in this bunch at all. (Wow, that's a lot of times to say green, it's actually not sounding like a word to me anymore.)
There are six shades in the collection. I am missing Reclaim, which is the green holo, but I will stay vigilant in my search for it.
Forest
Forest is a green creme! And an awesome one at that.It's just the right shade too, not too dark, although I am fond of really dark greens. Not too light. I'm not sure I've seen a light green creme if I have it's obviously not memorable or maybe it's so hideous my memory has blocked it so I don't have to relive the horror.
Conserve
Conserve
Conserve is a blue-green shimmer. More green then blue. Looks awesome on. Has heaps of blue and silver shimmer to it.
Earth
Earth is very similar to Conserve, but this time it's more blue then green. Still awesome though.
Greener
Greener. So, so pretty. Looks a lot like the sparkle on an actual emerald when the light hits it. Drool worthy polish. Not a great picture. I couldn't capture the sparkle well.
Wildlife
Wildlife
Wildlife is a duo chrome that is primarily mossy brown-green with a strong pinky-bronze flash. Pretty cool. Not a colour everyone can wear though.The formula on these polishes is fabulous, these are all two coaters but for the most part the polishes are almost completely opaque with one coat.

Earth & Wildlife are my faves, but they are all gorgeous! Green is one of my favorite colors.

And thanks for the compliment, althought I have to admit they were a little ragged and out of shape when I was doing those swatches, but fear not, I have had a proper professional mani since then and the nails are back in a socially acceptable state!

Earth and Wildlife are Awesome. I love the color and texture of the color. I can see me pairing that with a great pump and accessories. I hope you enjoy some of my reviews on my blog also.
