OPI Eiffel for this Color

This is OPI Eiffel for this Color. It was part of the La Collection De France. It reminds me of wine with a bit of eggplant thrown in. (Eww, how nasty would that taste?!) It also has a subtle shimmer, which makes me happy. I love vampy colours with a bit of sparkle (So many Twilight references running through my head right now, may have brain overload.)

Without direct light on the nail, it could pass for a cream and a bit of a meh colour, but add some bright light, and WOW! This colour is a winter fave for me for sure. These photos are with flash so it doesn't quite show the colour is all its glory, but its close.
As you can see, it has red shimmer to it, which is nice.

Then I decided to do one finger with nail art. When I do the design, I only ever do one, because I know there is no way I can duplicate it again exactly. I used a while polish, Orly Shine and Orly Luxe for the design. I like how it turned out. What do you think?

I have a new giveaway running, you can enter here.

That's it for now. Be awesome to each other.

  3. Hi Joan,
Purple is so good here right now. Its overcast and dreary. So it makes me happy to wear vampy shades.

    GiveMeFashionNow,
Thank you. I have to admit, most of the things that turn out well are total flukes. Lol

  4. Ooh, I like that shade! The subtle shimmer definitely helps as well. I'm very taken by the whole vampy thing, and so dark colors with a hint of red make me happy!
